She became involved once again in the Our Lady of Lourdes community and volunteered primarily coaching soccer. It was then that she decided to return to her passion and get back into the classroom, transitioning into K-12 education. She has taught 5th and 6th grades at St. William School, and was a middle school teacher for the last two years at St. Dominic School.

“As a graduate of 12 years of Catholic education, I have firsthand knowledge of the benefits and rewards of a quality Catholic education. I believe I have achieved what I have today, because of the solid foundation I received at Our Lady of Lourdes and Mother of Mercy High School. I would like to give back to my community.”
