The St. Aloysius Gonzaga School Aftercare Program is a self-supporting service to our St. Aloysius School families.

Our two aftercare programs (Preschool and K-5) provide supervision and supportive structure for students in Preschool through 5th grade. We do not provid a middle school aftercare program.

Aftercare Hours

For the 2025-2026 school year, aftercare hours are 2:30-5:30pm. Any students remaining at school past 2:45pm will be sent to the aftercare program.

Aftercare hours will change in 2026-2027 as dismissal will change to 2:45pm. Any students remaining at school past 3:00pm will be sent to the aftercare program.

Annual Registration Fee: $50.00 per family

To accurately plan, staff, and prepare this program, registration is necessary. Additionally, we need to know what days per week services are needed to adequately staff those days. Priority registration opens in May for the upcoming school year. A non-refundable $50 Registration Fee will be charged to defray the costs of setup and planning.

When enrollment reaches capacity, the Program Director will initiate a waiting list. In order to be placed on the waiting list, a registration form must be filled out and returned to the Program Director along with the Registration Fee.

If the required fees are delinquent for a period of up to two weeks, it is considered grounds for dismissing those children from the aftercare program. Registration for a new school year will not be accepted when there is a balance due from a previous school year.

Absentees

A child absent from school or dismissed early from school due to illness will not be admitted to the aftercare program on that day.

If a child is present for the school day but will not be attending their scheduled aftercare program for reasons other than illness, the Program Director must be notified no later than 24 hours prior to the day.
