The St. Aloysius Gonzaga School After-School Care Program is a self-supporting service to our St. Aloysius School parents.
Our After-School Care Program provides supervision and structure for students of all ages (Grades K-8). We provide homework assistance/tutoring, and play time for students. Currently, we have 1 aftercare assistant for every 14 students. The program provides care for students from dismissal until 5:30pm in the St. Al's cafeteria and outdoors.

St Aloysius Gonzaga School provides an excellent After School Program as an option for parents who need the extra time and service for their child(ren). For appropriate planning of resources (staff, supplies, management, rooms, etc), a consistent and proactive tuition model is in place for the 2024-2025 School Year. Aftercare hours for the 2024-2025 school year will be 2:30-5:30. Any students remaining at school past 2:45 will be sent to the aftercare program.

Annual Registration Fee: $50.00 per family

To accurately plan, staff, and prepare this program, registration is necessary. This step collects applicable family and student data. We will then use that information to populate our databases. Additionally, at Registration time we need to know what days per week you need this service to adequately staff those days. Priority registration is open in the month of May for the upcoming school year. A non-refundable $50 Registration Fee will be charged to defray the costs of setup and planning.

When enrollment approaches existing limits, the Program Coordinator will initiate a waiting list. In order to be placed on the waiting list, a registration form must be filled out and returned to the Program Director along with the Registration Fee.

If the required fees are delinquent for a period of up to two weeks, it is considered grounds for dismissing those children from the After-school Program. Registration for a new school year will not be accepted when there is a balance due from a previous school year.

Fees will be paid on a monthly basis.

Absentees

If a child is absent from school or is dismissed early from school due to illness, her or she will not be admitted to the after school program on that day.
If a child is present for the school day but, for reasons other than illness, will not be attending the after ­school program as scheduled, please notify the Program Director.
